Happy Sunday and welcome back to another recipe blog post! In the past week I have posted recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas and today we have -last but not least- a snack. A very easy and quick snack which is so cheap to do it yourself: Energy Balls.
And there are really so many variations you can do, basically mix soft and dry ingredients plus whatever you like such as cacao or cinnamon, roll it in your hands, cool it and voila you’r done already. Anyways lets get into today easy and kind of the classic beginner energy ball recipe:

Ingredients
- 180g dates
- 20g oats
- 100g (crunchy) peanut butter
Add all the ingredients to a mixer and mix it until it becomes a creamy paste.
Take a piece of the dough and roll it between hands until you have a ball.
Place the energy balls on a sheet and keep them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
All ingredients might add up to a cost of 1€. That makes 5ct per energy ball.
I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as I did! Be excited for the recipes and workouts which are about to come! Leave me your comment – I am happy to hear from you!
