Welcome back to a new vegan lunch or dinner recipe! I hope you had a great weekend and enjoyed some beautiful autumn days. Today I will show you how to make this super green and delicious pasta recipe which is healthy as well.
As the temperature drops, kale gets in season and I love kale! It has so many vitamins and nutrients as well and we can make a lot of different recipes with it: Todays recipe is one example. Please enjoy!

Ingredients
- Green pea pasta (you can also use whole grain or any other pasta)
- Green peas (frozen)
- Kale
- 1 jar of green pesto
- oat cream
- garlic, nutritional yeast and spices of your choice
Start with boiling salt water in a big pot. Once it is boiling lower the heat and add the pasta. Let the pasta cook until it’s almost done, around 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and put the empty pot back on the heat.
Add oil to the pot and then the frozen green peas. Let the green peas unfreeze and add the oat cream, garlic, salt pepper and spices. Lower the heat to a medium.
Once the peas are soft you can add the pasta back in and empty the jar of green pesto. Then mix everything together.
As a last step add the kale and mix everything well on a low heat. Add the nutritional yeast, salt or spices if needed.
I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as I did! Be excited for the recipes and workouts which are about to come! Leave me your comment – I am happy to hear from you!
